Fadi Elobra is the Director of Marketing Strategy and Communications at AJEEC-NISPED, as well as the coordinator of Leaders, a project of the Arab Bedouin Volunteer Center. He is a proud alumnus of the Arab Jewish Volunteer Year Program.
Fadi is the founder of Duroos, an educational consulting and tutoring firm, which was one of the first social businesses in the Bedouin community of the Negev. In 2008, he was recognized for his work with Duroos as Israel’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year; coming in fourth place in 2009 as World Young Entrepreneur.
Fadi is a social and political activist, who has worked extensively against the Begin-Prawer Plan with the “Prawer Won’t Pass” campaign. He is currently a fellow at the Mandel Center for Leadership in the Negev, and a board member of Ma’an, an organization advancing Bedouin women’s rights.
